- 5+ years in Salesforce and other system implementations.
- Expertise in system integration, workflow automation, and process improvement.
- Strong communication and client relationship management.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Systems and Application Architect).
- Experience with AppExchange solutions and implementations.
- Experience with APIs and IPaaS solutions.
- Background in data modeling, security frameworks, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and consultants to design Salesforce solutions.
