Salesforce Systems Administrator & Analyst - Boston Seaport (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Summary

Nasuni is seeking a Salesforce Systems Administrator & Analyst. This role focuses on optimizing the CRM platform aligned with key business processes. Responsibilities include technical administration such as user management and automation, along with business analysis to enhance data quality, workflows, reporting, and user adoption. The role involves creating reports and dashboards to support decision-making and business growth.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. User Access Management: Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure appropriate access based on responsibilities.
  2. Configuration & Customization: Maintain custom fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation to meet evolving needs.
  3. Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with teams to understand and document processes, translating them into Salesforce improvements.
  4. Testing & QA Collaboration: Partner with developers and stakeholders to test configurations, validate functionality, and ensure quality before deployment.
  5. Reporting & Dashboard Development: Design and deliver reports and dashboards for visibility into key metrics.
  6. User Support, Training & Adoption: Provide support, conduct training, and create documentation to enhance user engagement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce admin and business analysis experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Business Analyst preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce features such as objects, fields, record types, validation rules, reports/dashboards.
  • Experience with declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, approval processes is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce security model and user access management.
Business Analysis Skills
  • Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT.
Communication, Collaboration, & Critical Thinking
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate, validate work, and deliver solutions timely.
  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and propose improvements.
User Training & Support
  • Experience creating training materials and supporting end-users to increase adoption.
