This role serves as a bridge between operational, clinical, and technical teams to ensure digital solutions support organizational goals, enhance patient experiences, and improve operational efficiency.The Salesforce System Analyst/Developer partners closely with clinicians, operational leaders and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver scalable applications that support patient engagement, access, intake, scheduling, care coordination, population health initiatives, and service delivery. The role participates throughout the full solution lifecycle, including business analysis, system configuration, custom development, testing, deployment, training, and post-implementation support.This position leverages the Salesforce platform and related technologies to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, improve data quality, and enable actionable insights through reporting and analytics.
