Job summary

Warren Equipment Company in Amarillo, TX is seeking a dynamic Salesforce System Administrator to own and enhance the Salesforce environment. You will establish best practices for low-code configurations and oversee build testing while guiding in-house efforts alongside third-party implementers.

You will maintain day-to-day configuration, provide training and support, and pursue continuous improvements across the platform to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science related field or 2-4 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Preferred Salesforce certifications (e.g., Field Service Lightning, Administrator) showing current admin knowledge.
• Proficiency with Salesforce ecosystem, data imports/exports, APIs, and Tableau reporting.
• Ability to provide end-user support and translate technical topics for non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce environment and implement programmatic/configuration changes in Salesforce Field Service, CRM, and Marketing.
• Collaborate with technical and operational users to understand business needs and develop Salesforce solutions.
• Prioritize and implement solutions using agile development methodologies.
• Configure Salesforce including workflows, flows, page layouts, dashboards, and reports.
