Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services in Detroit is seeking a Salesforce Sr. Developer / Technical Lead to guide a pod of 3–5 developers and deliver secure, scalable Sales/Service Cloud solutions.
You will design, build and implement architectures, configure solutions using Salesforce APIs including Visualforce and Lightning, and participate in PoC studies and Architecture Review Board meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong architecture design and implementation skills.
- Experience with Copado for release management.
Responsibilities
- Manage a pod of 3–5 developers in Sales/Service Cloud.
- Recommend solutions for given requirements and articulate trade-offs.
- Design, build and implement complex, secure and scalable solutions.
- Configure solutions using Salesforce products and APIs including Visualforce and Lightning.
- Participate in PoC development, Architecture Review Board meetings, and resolve technical challenges.
- Analyze workflows and propose improved designs and flows.

- Responsible for a pod of 3-5 developers in Sales/Service cloud
- Recommend solutions for a given set of requirements
- Articulate trade-offs in choosing one solution over another
- Design, build and implement complex, secure and scalable solutions
- Configure solutions using Salesforce products and APIs including Visualforce, Lightning,
Heroku and integration / ETL technologies
- Participate in PoC development and feasibility studies
- Participate in Architecture Review Board meetings
- Resolve technical challenges faced by the team in Infrastructure and Architecture.
- Analyze existing workflows and come-up with improved design and flows.
