Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Consultant – Salesforce Implementation

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: 4 days onsite per week per THD’s preference)

My client is expanding its Salesforce capabilities as part of its strategic growth. We are looking to add a Salesforce Solutions Consultant to our team to support a greenfield Salesforce implementation across multiple new locations. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead Salesforce adoption and drive business transformation through effective CRM solutions for our showroom teams.

Role Purpose:

As part of the Salesforce implementation team, you will work closely with both business and technical teams to implement a solution that meets our growing needs. The position is ideal for a functional Salesforce expert with a proven track record of driving process improvements and supporting new teams through Salesforce adoption. The initial engagement is 6 months, with potential for direct hire depending on fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Implementation & Configuration: Lead the configuration and management of Salesforce metadata to support business requirements such as lead tracking, showroom performance monitoring, and visibility into team activities.
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders: Partner with sales and showroom leaders to understand their goals and translate those into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • User Stories & Documentation: Write user stories, gather detailed requirements, and ensure clear communication of business needs. You’ll think strategically about future scalability and bring a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Team Support & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, especially Ade, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages independent problem-solving.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce is being adopted across new design centers and scaled effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Salesforce Cloud Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Cloud (not just admin-level)—able to customize Salesforce solutions for different business teams and processes.
  • SOQL Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce Query Language (SOQL) to move data, build queries, and make decisions quickly.
  • Solution-Oriented: Ability to think beyond simply gathering requirements; drive process improvement and long-term solutions to support business objectives.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: Able to work in a team environment and guide junior team members in their Salesforce journey.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce implementation projects (greenfield experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Sales operations and processes, including lead, opportunity, quoting, and lead-to-cash.
  • Comfortable writing user stories and gathering business requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
