As a Solution Specialist, you will be at the forefront of these solutions, promoting, demonstrating, and training others on our products and services.

Role Overview

The Solution Specialist role involves promoting, demonstrating, training, and discussing Boxlight’s portfolio, including Clevertouch, Frontrow, EOS PD, and MimioSTEM. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver engaging educational sessions, ensuring understanding of our technology solutions.

This position includes content creation, trade show attendance, internal training development, and industry trend monitoring. It is home-based with frequent travel across the western United States, specifically west of the Mississippi River.

Essential Functions

1. Product Demonstration, Discussions & Training (50%)
   • Provide in-depth product demonstrations and training on our full portfolio.
   • Work with customers and partners to showcase features and benefits, aligning with their educational needs.
   • Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions.
   • Tailor presentations to specific sectors and user groups.
2. Internal & External Resource Creation (20%)
   • Develop and maintain training materials, guides, FAQs, and case studies.
   • Create external content like presentations, videos, and documentation.
   • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
3. Event & Trade Show Attendance (10%)
   • Represent Boxlight at industry events and trade shows.
   • Network and demonstrate products on-site.
   • Assist with booth setup and follow-up activities.
4. Internal Training, Onboarding & Continuous Learning (20%)
   • Develop and deliver training for new hires.
   • Enhance onboarding resources.
   • Stay current with industry trends through research.
   • Share insights with the team.

Education & Experience

• Degree: Education or Business preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in educational technology, sales, or training, with familiarity with Boxlight solutions preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of educational tech tools, interactive displays, and digital solutions.
• Training & Communication: Experience in presenting and explaining technical concepts.
• Self-Motivated: Passionate about industry trends and product innovations.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for cross-team work.
• Travel: Willing to travel up to 75% within the eastern U.S., based in Atlanta, GA.
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work full-time in the U.S.
