Job summary

Acunor Inc. is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to design secure, scalable Salesforce environments with Agentforce and Sales Cloud.

You will lead security architecture, governance, and intelligent automation initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders and engineering teams across enterprise deployments. The role requires hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and REST/SOAP integrations, with a focus on secure identity management and data protection.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with extensive Salesforce implementation and architecture.
• Experience as Salesforce Solution Architect or Salesforce Technical Architect in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on Salesforce security architecture expertise including Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security, identity management, auth and data protection.
• Experience designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce Agentforce with AI agents and integrations to workflows.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and enterprise deployments; strong Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Salesforce Flow knowledge.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware for enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, security governance, scalability, and platform best practices.
• Proven ability to conduct architecture reviews and guide development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; available to work US Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Security Architecture, Agentforce, and Sales Cloud to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and AI-powered Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience architecting enterprise Salesforce environments, establishing security and governance frameworks, and implementing intelligent automation using Salesforce Agentforce.

This role requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise, enterprise solution architecture capabilities, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Security Architecture: Architect and implement comprehensive Salesforce security models, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security, Salesforce Shield, and data access controls.
• Agentforce Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce, including agent actions, workflow integrations, and intelligent automation.
• Identity & Access Management: Establish authentication, authorization, SSO, OAuth, encryption, and enterprise identity management frameworks.
• Sales Cloud Solutions: Lead Sales Cloud architecture, configuration, customization, workflow optimization, and enterprise implementations.
• Enterprise Integrations: Design integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware technologies.
• Technical Architecture: Provide architectural guidance across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flow, and automation frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with extensive Salesforce implementation and architecture experience.
• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Salesforce Technical Architect in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Security Architecture, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security, identity management, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Practical experience designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce Agentforce, including AI agents, agent actions, and integrations with Salesforce workflows.
• Strong experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
• Solid technical knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and platform automation.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security governance, scalability, and platform best practices.
• Experience conducting architecture reviews, defining technical solutions, and guiding development teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be available to work during US Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing Salesforce solutions within the Insurance industry.
• Familiarity with ClaudeForce and its potential applications within the Salesforce ecosystem. Hands-on experience is not mandatory.
• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and AI governance frameworks.
• Salesforce certifications such as:
