Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design efforts, ensuring all Salesforce solutions follow secure, scalable, and maintainable patterns
- Guide developers through code reviews, mentorship, and enforcement of engineering best practices
- Collaborate closely with administrators, analysts, and technical teams to deliver cohesive, integrated enterprise solutions
- Oversee full lifecycle development activities, including technical design, unit testing, integration, UAT support, and deployment
- Develop high-quality applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring system stability, performance, and adherence to organizational standards
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform advancements, and industry best practices to recommend strategic improvements
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support system understanding, maintenance, and team knowledge sharing
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and align designs with long-term architectural direction
- Collaborate with administrators, analysts, and developers to ensure seamless integration with other systems
- Promote and deploy code across multiple environments using established DevOps practices
- DevOps/release management experience
