Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Salesforce Solution Consultant to translate customer requirements into scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions. You will work with delivery managers, architects, and client partners to drive outcomes from discovery through go-live and beyond.

You will lead workshops, design configurations, develop design documents, and act as a SME across Salesforce clouds while collaborating across delivery teams to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading discovery workshops to surface business challenges.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET clearance.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience; Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Familiar with the full services engagement lifecycle from discovery to go-live.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to document designs with TDDs, process flows, and configuration guides.
• Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and requirements-gathering workshops.
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions aligned with SPSM and Well-Architected framework.
• Develop Technical Design Documents (TDDs), solution blueprints, and configuration specifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Architects, QA Consultants, Change Management leads, and Engagement Delivery Managers.
• Serve as the functional SME on Salesforce clouds during engagements.
• Support UAT planning and defect triage with QA.
• Contribute to go-live readiness activities including data migration validation.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing, internal enablement and onboarding initiatives.
• Maintain utilization targets while delivering high-quality outcomes.
