Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build solutions involving Media Cloud, including B2B and B2C sales workflows, content monetization, and subscription lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and developers to define technical solutions aligned to strategic media business objectives.
• Document requirements, build users stories, own the delivery of the solution to the customer.
• Define overarching solution, including interactions with other platforms, as well as overall business process.

Required:

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce Media Cloud solutions.
• Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce implementations in media, broadcasting, publishing, or digital content environments.
• Strong understanding of Media Cloud capabilities, including Order Management, Rate Cards and deal memos.
• Strong understanding of OmniStudio and other Vlocity modules.
• Ability to design and document solutions to share with business stakeholders
• Lead requirements gathering and development of solutioning. Also lead management of user stories.
