• Translates business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions with stakeholders.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Solution Architect, Salesforce landscape,

including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Loyalty, Data Cloud, OMS, and Agentforce.

This pivotal role will be responsible for defining, designing, and overseeing the implementation

of complex, scalable, and robust Salesforce Education Cloud solutions that align with our

institutional goals and strategic vision.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, particularly Education

Cloud (EDA, Admissions Connect, Student Success Hub, Advancement, Marketing Cloud for

Higher Ed), coupled with a profound understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities

within the higher education landscape.

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridge the gap between business needs and

technical solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads end-to-end solution architecture for Clients Salesforce landscape, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Loyalty, Data Cloud, Salesforce OMS, and Agentforce.
• Designs integration patterns with retail systems (POS, WMS, ERP) and ensures alignment with business and compliance requirements across multi-brand/regional environments.
• Works directly with clients and business teams to refine requirements and translate them into scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions.
• Brings deep Salesforce delivery experience, a strong record of retail domain engagement, and a commitment to solution excellence and standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with senior business stakeholders (e.g., Admissions, Advising, IT leadership, Advancement), project managers, technical leads, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of Salesforce Architects, Senior Developers, and Consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Innovation & Research: Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, Multiple Cloud features,industry trends, and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and value to us.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the solution lifecycle, proposing alternative approaches and contingency plans
