Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce solution architecture experience.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing professional services.
• Deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor, translating client goals into Salesforce-driven solutions.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce implementations that are scalable and secure.
• Lead discovery, solution design, prototyping, and roadmap development.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage evolving project needs.
