Job summary

Steampunk, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to design, develop, and deploy advanced Salesforce solutions. You will blend declarative and programmatic development, lead code reviews, and drive platform standards across client engagements.

The role requires hands-on configuration and coding, including Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and integrations, while guiding teams toward scalable, secure, and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce.
• 3+ years of JavaScript experience.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Proficiency with declarative Salesforce development (objects, Flows, process builders, lightning app builder, approval processes, visual flows, email alerts, communities).
• Proven knowledge of Salesforce development (Lightning Visualforce, Apex, lightning components, force.com APIs and web services).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work across multiple projects with sound development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high quality Salesforce solutions using SFDC best practices.
• Lead code reviews and establish platform standards; provide feedback to team.
• Collaborate with architects to solve client problems and reuse components.
• Develop and maintain AppExchange integrations and non-native extensions.
• Maintain Salesforce credentials and stay current on platform technologies.
