Job summary

ICONMA is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions in Plano, TX. The role focuses on architecture, integrations, and platform services across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and FSC.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and enterprise integration patterns, working with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce architecture and platform services.
• Deep knowledge of LWC and REST API integrations.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and security models.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture, technical design, and implementation on Salesforce platform.
• Define scalable architecture for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and FSC.
• Design and develop custom applications using LWC, Apex, and Salesforce Platform services.
• Architect REST API-based integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
• Define integration patterns, security models, and API governance standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and design validations.
• Drive best practices for application architecture, performance, scalability, and security.
• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps strategy.
• Lead production issue resolution and technical governance activities.
