Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in Salesforce, including Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud. This position is for a federal government client, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex Salesforce implementations, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. In addition, the candidate must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and be eligible to obtain public trust clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Salesforce-based projects, including Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud implementations, for federal government clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and specifications.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
• Ensure that all project documentation, including status reports, requirements, and design specifications, are maintained and up-to-date.
• Implement best practices for project management in compliance with federal regulations and Salesforce standards.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Salesforce Experience: Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects, specifically with Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Certification: Active Salesforce certification verifiable in Trailhead.
• Project Management Expertise: Strong experience with project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Security Clearance: Must be eligible to pass background and credit checks for Public Trust clearance.
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizen.
• W2 Employment: Must be willing to accept a W2 employment arrangement.
