CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer in the United States to design and build Apex-based solutions, APIs, and integrations that streamline client operations. You will work in a collaborative practice with coaching support and opportunities to lead small development teams.

You will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce-centered architectures, collaborate with other teams, and contribute to AI-enabled client initiatives while maintaining coding standards

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce object design, SOQL, and SOSL.
• 1+ year of hands-on development experience in Java, .Net, and/or Python.
• Ability to use out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality as well as build custom solutions using the platform's frameworks and APIs.
• Proficiency using Git, continuous integration, and other applicable development tools.
• Proficiency with SQL, ETL and data pipelines, and systems integrations.
• Strong ability to use and author REST APIs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player.
• Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.

• Develop Salesforce server-side code in Apex to integrate several operational systems and enhance the core business logic.
• Design, develop, and document APIs to be used by partners and other development teams.

• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.

What You'll Do:

Qualifications:

• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.

CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $120,000 - $170,000 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
