About The Role

As a Salesforce nCino Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and configuring scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform with a focus on the nCino Bank Operating System. You will be a valued member of the Banking Technology team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver robust commercial banking solutions.

About The Role

As a Salesforce nCino Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and configuring scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform with a focus on the nCino Bank Operating System. You will be a valued member of the Banking Technology team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver robust commercial banking solutions.

In This Role, You Will

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Configure and customize nCino components including UI Groups, Routes, Screens, Product Catalogs, and Security Models.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including prototyping and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the full commercial credit lifecycle and ensure alignment with banking processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you need to have to be considered

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong command of Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• One year of hands-on experience with nCino Bank Operating System, including configuration and customization.
• Deep understanding of commercial/business banking processes, including credit lifecycle, lending, and digital banking platforms.
• Proven ability to lead business architecture design sessions and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM.
  
  

These will help you stand out

• nCino 301 certification.
• Experience configuring product packages, entity involvement, exposure, collateral, and covenants in nCino.
• Strong knowledge of no-code Salesforce tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Core Banking Services and integration patterns.

Salary And Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until June 30, 2025

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000- $131000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
