Job summary

ComResource, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to support software quality assurance across multi-platform environments. You will develop and execute test plans, validate data, and collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve defects.

You will create and maintain automated test scripts using Ruby, leverage Postman and Ruby Cucumber for validation, and ensure overall quality and reliability of Salesforce applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in quality assurance or testing, with at least 5 years Salesforce testing.
• 2-4 years of test automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of functional, integration, data, and security testing.
• Experience creating and executing automated Ruby test scripts.
• Familiarity with Postman, Ruby Cucumber, and data validation tools.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute moderate to complex Salesforce test plans and cases.
• Perform functional, integration, data validation, and security testing.
• Create, maintain, and run automated test scripts and suites using Ruby.
• Utilize testing and data validation tools, including Postman and Ruby Cucumber.
• Identify, document, analyze, and troubleshoot defects for timely resolution.
• Translate technical specs and testing results into clear business language.
• Collaborate with developers, application teams, and business stakeholders to ensure software quality.
• Analyze test results and data to identify issues, determine root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Communicate testing progress, findings, and risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
