HireTech Group seeks an IT Strategist / Project Manager to guide planning and delivery across our Salesforce environment. This role is not hands-on configuration; it focuses on leading projects, aligning stakeholders, and keeping delivery on track using structured agile methodology.

You will translate business goals into structured roadmaps, manage risks, and report outcomes to leadership while collaborating with admins, developers, and senior stakeholders to keep priorities aligned.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading technical or platform projects, ideally within a Salesforce environment.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodology; SAFe experience a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic (roadmap) and tactical (sprint) levels.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical or platform projects, ideally within a Salesforce environment
• Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodology; SAFe experience a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable operating at both strategic (roadmap) and tactical (sprint) levels

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master or SAFe certification (CSM, SAFe Agilist, etc.)
• Prior experience working alongside a Salesforce admin/dev team
• PMP or similar project management certification
