Multi-Cloud Salesforce Project Manager

Overview

Our client is at a pivotal moment in their Salesforce journey, and they're seeking a seasoned Salesforce Project Manager to help them navigate the complexities of a multi-cloud environment. As a key member of their team, you'll be responsible for driving business outcomes, coordinating stakeholders, and leading cross-functional projects that integrate multiple Salesforce clouds. Required Skills

• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading complex digital/CRM projects
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and its role in customer operations
• Strong working knowledge of Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand architecture, functionality, and cross-cloud dependencies
• Agile PM experience a Must
• Ability to give advice, make decisions, and guide non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills

• Additional expertise with Tableau
• Salesforce certifications (although not required)

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a Salesforce environment
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving business outcomes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
