HelloKindred is seeking a Salesforce-focused operations support specialist to back a high-profile executive engagement programme. This remote, initial 3‑month contract may extend to six months for the right candidate.

You will manage CRM data quality, maintain the shared inbox, handle event registrations, and coordinate post‑event processes. The role requires meticulous data handling, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce experience is essential and must work directly within Salesforce.
• Experience updating CRM records and managing campaign or event data.
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong administrative abilities and experience handling a shared inbox.
• Ability to manage large volumes of contact and event data accurately.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to follow established processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Salesforce records including contacts, campaigns, and events.
• Manage the programme's shared inbox and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Administer registrations and attendee information for virtual and in-person events.
• Update post-event records to trigger follow-up communications.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with data protection requirements.
• Coordinate with the programme team to meet deadlines and priorities.
