Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, CRM, or related roles.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud required).
• Proven experience working in agile delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce backlog and drive delivery of enhancements and releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into epics, features and user stories.
• Lead discovery to assess value, feasibility, and alignment to roadmap.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, Informatica).
• Support change management, training and adoption activities.
