You will work with architects and developers to deliver high-quality, well-architected Salesforce implementations, including data migration, triggers, and Lightning components, while testing and maintaining code standards.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• 5+ years leading technology consulting projects.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions in client environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

• Serve as application delivery leader, ensuring on-time, quality client outcomes.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce-based solutions and user stories.
• Lead grooming, backlog, sprint ceremonies, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable solutions.
• Manage user accounts, security, data access, and integrations across Salesforce.
