Job summary

UNAVAILABLE is seeking a Steampunk Product Owner/Application Lead to collaborate with Architects and Developers, translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions for a government client. You will develop, test, document, and maintain Salesforce components, deploy integrations, migrations, and ensure quality with unit tests.

You will lead delivery efforts, guide client executives, administer Salesforce security, and grow user adoption while staying current with new Salesforce features

Qualifications

• US Citizen – able to get a Federal Government clearance.
• 5+ Years in technology and consulting services leadership.
• Experience leading deployment of enterprise and custom software in client environments.
• Excellent communication with strong presentation and facilitation.
• Strong interpersonal, customer-centric, and cross-cultural abilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• BS/BA in IT or related field; consulting background.
• PMP, Scrum Master certifications preferred.
• Experience translating business needs into Salesforce user stories.
• Experience delivering Salesforce projects with Agile method and sprint ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the application delivery leader for team delivery, quality, and client acceptance.
• Provide technical and business guidance to client executives.
• Manage Salesforce administratio fields, profiles, roles, security and data access.
• Analyze database issues and troubleshoot problems.
• Support training rollouts to new users and grow knowledge.
• Envision and deploy tools to streamline processes and improve metrics.
• Keep current with Salesforce features and determine internal adoption.
