Our client is actively seeking a Product Manager focused on Salesforce data integration efforts based out of their Chicago headquarters.

Summary
- Lead and manage CRM conversion projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the technical aspects of the CRM conversion, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data migration.
- Work closely with third-party vendors to coordinate the CRM conversion process, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct regular project meetings, track project performance, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project execution.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in CRM conversion or implementation projects.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of CRM systems, data migration, and system integration.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
