Job summary

Hollstadt Consulting is seeking a Product Analyst to help drive product discovery, decision-making, and Salesforce modernization within a mission-driven organization. This role sits earlier in the product lifecycle, focusing on defining problems before solutions are designed.

You will partner with Product Managers, Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, analyze tradeoffs, and recommend directions that create meaningful business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Analysis, Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis with strong product discovery responsibilities.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with evaluating platform capabilities and constraints.
• Experience translating discovery findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery by identifying root problems and clarifying outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand pain points, workflows, and goals.
• Evaluate solution approaches and communicate tradeoffs, risks, and benefits.
• Recommend directions based on evidence, needs, and platform capabilities.
• Assess Salesforce functionality to determine fit, configuration, or custom development.
