Job summary

Protegrity is seeking a Manager, Salesforce Platform to lead the strategy, stability, and evolution of the Salesforce platform powering our commercial operations. You will drive scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated apps, balancing governance with modernization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce platform solutions (Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations).
• 2+ years leading or managing technical team members while hands-on in architecture and development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Git-based source control, release management, and CI/CD practices across multiple Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day operation of the Salesforce platform for Sales, Support, and customer-facing teams.
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated apps using Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs.
• Own the Salesforce development lifecycle, governance, deployments, and environment management.
