Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Hands-on Salesforce admin experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Flow configuration, custom reports and dashboards, and bulk data management using Data Loader.
• Experience with deployment/release tools such as Gearset and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for time-sensitive user support requests and resolve production issues related to Salesforce functionality, configuration, and data.
• Apply ITIL-aligned processes for incident, change, and problem management to ensure consistent issue resolution and documentation.
• Prioritize and manage competing demands across urgent support and planned project work, communicating status clearly to stakeholders.
• Provide support during Central Time business hours, with occasional after-hours availability for urgent issues.
• Manage user and license administration, including setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
• Configure and maintain Flow-based automation and ongoing maintenance of automated processes.
• Lead structured product enhancement projects from requirements gathering through deployment using Gearset, Jira, and Confluence.
• Maintain a backlog of enhancement requests prioritized by business impact and platform capacity.
• Design and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards for operational and business insights.
• Perform bulk data management using Data Loader, including imports/exports/updates and deduplication.
• Support Pardot/Marketing Cloud, OmniChannel, and CPQ as applicable, coordinating with teams to configure these tools.
• Evaluate Salesforce releases and implement beneficial changes.
