Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking an accomplished technology leader to direct enterprise-wide IT programs and the product portfolio, across planning, architecture, development, and operations, in a global, cross-border context.

You will drive agile delivery, governance, budgeting, and KPIs, build senior-level partnerships, and steer strategic direction for platforms and vendors, ensuring high quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is required.
• 15+ years in progressive technology leadership roles with team leadership.
• 8-10 years on Salesforce Solutions and Delivery.
• 10+ years in programming and application systems environments.
• 10+ years IT experience in professional/financial services with senior leadership.
• Experience with sponsors, product owners and development teams to define requirements.
• Expertise in delivering mid-to-large technology solutions.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other).
• Experience in cloud applications delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT management, planning, architecture and design of enterprise-wide solutions.
• Lead governance for decision-making and financial accountability for solutions and funding.
• Lead and motivate delivery teams through Agile development.
• Plan and lead product development stages, including cost and timelines.
• Drive execution by aligning account teams and hubs.
• Focal point for demand management and prioritization.
• Define KPIs to track value realization for tech investments.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders and foster collaboration.
• Define evaluation criteria and participate in product selection for architecture domains.
• Resolve technical approaches at a directional level and ensure coherent design.
• Manage vendor relationships for upgrades and roadmap alignment.
• Develop annual strategy, budgets and schedules; manage full-time and contract resources.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts as requested.
• Collaborate to guide strategic technical direction for products/platforms.
• Maintain expertise on designated products and lead standards development.
• Drive continual improvement of service quality, availability and performance.
