Job summary

Responsibilities include advising on architecture, guiding integrations, and contributing to business development and thought leadership within the Deloitte Sales & Service team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting and Salesforce implementation experience delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud programs.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, integration approaches, and implementation strategies for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud programs.
• Lead solution design decisions across data models, customization approaches, and enterprise integrations to support business requirements.
• Oversee delivery teams through planning, design, build, test, and deployment for large Salesforce implementations.
• Support business development with proposals, solutioning discussions, and client presentations.
• Mentor practitioners, support staffing, and contribute to practice growth.
