Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce Flow, LWC, App Builder, and Apex as needed.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, reporting and dashboards.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Flow automations.
• Knowledge of governor limits, security model, and deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business solutions using Salesforce Flow (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, Platform Event Flows); Validation Rules; Approval Processes; Dynamic Forms & Dynamic Actions; Formula Fields
• Follow a “clicks before code” development philosophy
• Build reusable, scalable, and well-documented automation solutions
• Create and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for advanced UI requirements
• Support integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
• Apply Salesforce best practices for: Flow governance; Error handling; Naming conventions; Security and sharing; Deployment management
