Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Platform Developer for onsite work in Michigan. The role requires 6+ years of experience, strong Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL skills, and experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and Salesforce DX. Candidate must have PD1/PD2 and related certifications.

The position is full-time, direct W2, with an annual salary range of $100,000–$150,000 and no visa sponsorship for new H-1B petitions. Onsite in Lansing, MI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Platform development experience.
• Strong Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and Salesforce DX.
• Solid understanding of governor limits, data security model, and OWD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex (triggers, batch, queueable, scheduled jobs).
• Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) for rich user experiences.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
• Build automated processes using Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields.
• Manage deployments using SFDX, VS Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Enforce Salesforce security best practices (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
