Everforth Apex Systems in Nashville, TN is seeking a Salesforce Lead to guide a development team and drive the evolution of a complex Salesforce platform. The role blends hands-on development, mentorship, and strategic collaboration, with onsite presence four days a week.

You will oversee performance monitoring, lead code reviews, define long-term platform strategy, and collaborate with architecture teams to deliver a 5-year roadmap while championing AI and automation to improve partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of technology experience delivering complex products.
• 5+ years managing SaaS platform capabilities focusing on stability and performance.
• 5+ years developing roadmaps, writing user stories, and refining backlogs.
• 5+ years using analytics for product planning and optimization.
• 3+ years collaborating with design and engineering teams on customer features.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of about 10-12 developers, mentoring and guiding them.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to hands-on development 10-20% time.
• Oversee data and integration strategies with Mulesoft and APIs.
• Monitor platform performance and ensure system health and stability.
• Collaborate with security teams to address issues and configurations.
• Participate in architecture discussions for a 5-year plan.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned to strategy.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness.
• Champion AI and automation to improve partner experience and efficiency.
