Job summary

Crete United is seeking a Salesforce SME to govern architecture, ensure accurate data modeling, and drive seamless data transfer to Microsoft Fabric / Synapse. You will align Salesforce with Trimble Spectrum ERP and own data dictionaries and ERDs for enterprise governance.

You will lead declarative solutions using Flow, Screen Flows, and LWCs while avoiding unnecessary custom code, collaborating with IT data teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience within enterprise environments.
• Experience in Construction, Engineering, Field Services, or Mechanical Trades is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, data governance, and API-driven integrations.
• Expert-level mastery of Salesforce Flow, automation suites, and declarative features; reading/troubleshooting Apex or LWC when needed.

Responsibilities

• Define governance standards across the platform and minimize custom code.
• Establish sandbox architecture and DevOps/change control processes.
• Architect data security with role hierarchy, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
• Collaborate with IT Data Team to optimize Salesforce objects for ELT/ETL into Microsoft Fabric / Synapse.
• Align Salesforce data with Trimble Spectrum ERP data and mappings.
• Create data dictionaries, ERDs, and environment dependency maps.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
• Design Persona-driven UI in Lightning pages for construction workflows.
• Transform complex requirements into guided experiences (Screen Flows).
