Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to maintain, optimize, and enhance a Salesforce environment supporting a mission-driven organization. This fully remote role involves automating complex workflows, improving user experience, and ownership of data quality, security, and governance across North America.

You will design scalable solutions, lead training, and collaborate with partners to ensure cross-platform functionality and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Required Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on experience administering Salesforce environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products, including Flow automation, configuration, customization, and platform maintenance.
• Experience supporting third-party integrations and connected business applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, access management, data quality, testing, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality, including Flows, dynamic layouts, custom objects, actions, and dashboards.
• Gather and translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions delivering intuitive user experiences.
• Audit and manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, permission sets, and OWG defaults.
• Support integrations with third-party apps and external systems like Sage Intacct; collaborate with partners for cross-platform functionality.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to boost Salesforce adoption across North America.
• Drive data quality by developing hygiene processes and training users in data management best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering configurations, workflows, integrations, and procedures.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to maintain, optimize, and enhance a Salesforce environment supporting a mission-driven organization. In this role, you will design scalable solutions, automate complex workflows, and improve the overall user experience. You will also take ownership of data quality, security, documentation, and platform governance. Through training and user support, you will help teams across North America maximize the value of Salesforce. • Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality, including complex Flows, dynamic layouts, custom objects, actions, applications, and executive dashboards.


• Gather and translate business and user requirements into sustainable technical solutions that deliver an intuitive, high-quality user experience.


• Manage and audit Salesforce security architecture, including user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and Organization-Wide Defaults.


• Support integrations with third-party applications and external systems, including Sage Intacct, Make.Collaborate with external partners and vendors to design, implement, and troubleshoot cross-platform functionality.


• Lead training sessions, webinars, and interactive workshops for staff across North America to improve Salesforce adoption and technical proficiency.


• Drive data quality initiatives by developing data hygiene processes, implementing supporting tools, and training users in data management best practices.


• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering Salesforce configurations, workflows, integrations, and operational procedures.


• Monitor Salesforce releases, evaluate new features, and recommend enhancements aligned with evolving business needs and industry best practices.


• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and manage competing priorities while contributing to broader IT initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Required Salesforce Administrator certification and significant hands-on experience administering Salesforce environments.


• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products, including complex Flow automation, configuration, customization, and platform maintenance.


• Experience supporting third-party integrations and connected business applications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible language and deliver training to diverse audiences.


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently in a remote environment.
