Mphasis Silverline seeks a Salesforce OmniStudio & CPQ Jr Technical Architect/Hands On Tech Lead to design, implement and oversee Salesforce solutions. The role emphasizes strong OmniStudio and CPQ capabilities, with leadership and hands-on development.

The selected candidate will work onsite in Frisco, TX or Bellevue, WA, mentor engineers, and drive architecture decisions while delivering high-quality software across teams.

Qualifications

• Salesforce experience 10+ years.
• Salesforce Architecture 3+ years.
• 5-7 Years of OmniStudio experience.
• 5+ years of CPQ experience or Revenue Cloud experience.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days in Frisco TX or Bellevue WA.
• Experience with configuring Salesforce Industry CPQ solutions.
• UI development with Aura Bundles and LWC.
• Knowledge of Heroku and custom app development.
• RESTful APIs, SOAP, and cloud-based services experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and team skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supports engineering projects by developing Salesforce software solutions and conducting tests.
• Understand system protocols, data flows, and tech stack to drive full software delivery.
• Mentor engineers and conduct in-house workshops.
• Present technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design, product, and data teams to deliver great UX.
