Job summary

Zenith Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead hands-on OmniStudio/CPQ initiatives in Frisco, TX or Bellevue, WA. You will deliver complex Salesforce solutions, mentor engineers, and collaborate across product and design teams.

You should bring 10+ years of Salesforce experience, 3+ years as an architect, and strong communication skills to present technical concepts to stakeholders while guiding delivery with a focus on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Requires Salesforce expertise with 10+ years of experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in Salesforce Architecture.
• 80% hands-on development work.
• 5+ years OmniStudio experience.
• 5+ years CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience.
• Ability to work in Frisco, TX or Bellevue, WA.
• Experience with Industries CPQ is a priority.
• Strong UI development with Aura/LWC.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) and cloud services.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports engineering projects by developing Salesforce software solutions, conducting tests and inspections, and preparing reports and calculations. Encouraged to supervise associate engineers on occasion.
• Understand system protocols, how systems operate, and data flows. Aware of current technology benefits. Encouraged to independently develop a full software stack. Understands the building blocks, interactions, dependencies, and tools required to complete software and automation work. Independent study of current technology.
• Monitor and influence relevant industry technologies and standards.
• Present highly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical decision-makers.
• Continuously learns, builds content, and teaches others specific subject areas.
• Informally coaches and contributes to the development of others through mentoring or in-house workshops and learning sessions. Develops engineers across functional teams on technology decisions.
• Develops, designs, and implements new ideas that utilize new frameworks to improve an existing or new system/process/service.
• Investigative independent study and problem-solving for non-routine tasks.
