Located in Hartford, CT with a hybrid work arrangement under the Telework Policy, the role emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, or development.
• General development experience (C#, .NET, JavaScript, or similar).
• Experience with Power Apps/Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Salesforce-based solutions through configuration, administration, and development.
• Develop and maintain applications, APIs, integrations, and automation using .NET and Power Platform.
• Partner with agency stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from analysis to support.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple technology platforms and business domains.
• Stay current with evolving technologies to support a portfolio of enterprise applications.
