Job summary

VXForward seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to join our remote team in the United States. You will design and build customer journeys, data models, and multi-channel campaigns using Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure scalable architecture, and integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM via Marketing Cloud Connect and APIs. This role offers remote work and opportunities for continuous learning in a fast-moving tech

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, segmentation, and personalization.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integration and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Build and optimize data models, Data Extensions, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM using Marketing Cloud Connect and APIs.
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance marketing architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand lifecycle marketing requirements and campaigns.
• Implement CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment, and release processes.

Responsibilities:

• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio capabilities as applicable.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience designing Marketing Cloud data models, Data Extensions, segmentation, and personalization solutions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration, Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, campaign orchestration, and omnichannel engagement.
• Experience with enterprise solution architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment, and release management practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
