This role will be required to be onsite working on a hybrid schedule out of global Corporate headquarters in Reading, PA. REMOTE-only work is not being considered at this time for this role.
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Administrator to join our team and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, an understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation and the ability to communicate and train with non-technical users on the platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration, automation, and data flow between Salesforce and Pardot, supporting lead management, sales enablement and marketing campaigns.

Required:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Expertise in Pardot automation and Salesforce-Pardot integration.
• Education and/or Experience: 4-year bachelor degree or equivalent
Preferred:
• Salesforce Advance Administration Certification
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce as an administrator or similar CRM Experience
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• 1+ year(s) of experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning
• Training Experience
Language Skills: English
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Salesforce Administrator Certification required
