Compensation Range: $89,500 - $115,000. Compensation varies based on experience, education, skills, and location.

Job Purpose

We seek a skilled Salesforce / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Administrator to enhance our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, CRM and marketing automation knowledge, and the ability to train non-technical users. This role ensures seamless integration, automation, and data flow between Salesforce and Pardot, supporting lead management, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.

Must Have

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is essential.

Responsibilities
Salesforce CRM (50%)
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, flows, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports.
  • Maintain security through profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • Design reports for decision-making and process improvement.
  • Ensure data quality and governance.
  • Test, validate, and document Salesforce modifications.
  • Gather requirements across the organization, including sales and customer service teams.
Salesforce and Pardot Automation & Integration (25%)
  • Manage Pardot sync with Salesforce objects.
  • Align user permissions and data flow.
  • Identify and resolve data sync issues.
  • Configure API connections.
  • Develop ROI and campaign reports; utilize advanced analytics tools.
Training & Instructional Skills (25%)
  • Lead training sessions and workshops.
  • Create training materials and tutorials.
  • Gather user feedback and measure competency.
  • Build relationships with sales teams to promote adoption.
Additional Skills
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Active listening and adaptability to different learning styles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Expertise in Pardot automation and Salesforce-Pardot integration.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning.
  • Training experience.

Language Skills: English.

Certificates: Salesforce Administrator Certification required.

Additional Details
  • Travel: 10%.
  • Work environment: Office setting with minimal physical demands.
