What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Experience Cloud suite, including integration with Service Cloud for case management
- Build custom solutions using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly experiences with LWC Web Components for Experience Cloud
- Manage and integrate Salesforce Knowledge with the Experience Cloud platform
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams on Salesforce Experience Cloud best practices and development techniques

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of hands-on experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
- Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce Experience Cloud product suite, including integration with Service Cloud for case management
- Strong experience with Partner Community and knowledge of Experience Cloud license types
- Proven expertise in Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of platform security capabilities, including TLS, SSL, LWS, CORS, and SSO

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a SaaS-based environment
- Previous exposure to healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools
- Familiarity with tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms
- Salesforce certifications in relevant areas, including Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, and Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
