About The Job

We seek a talented Salesforce Lightning Experience Cloud Developer to develop and enhance our Salesforce Experience Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with Service Cloud for robust case management. You will collaborate across teams to improve user experiences and platform capabilities.

Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, supporting integrations, deploying custom solutions, and guiding platform evolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud, including Service Cloud integration.
• Build custom solutions with Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design responsive, user-friendly experiences with LWC Web Components.
• Create and maintain Partner Communities with a focus on user experience and security.
• Apply Experience Cloud license types appropriately.
• Build audiences and login flows to enhance user interactions.
• Manage content with Salesforce CMS.
• Implement security measures like TLS, SSL, LWS, and CORS.
• Develop custom Aura content templates.
• Integrate Salesforce Knowledge with Experience Cloud.
• Ensure data security and platform integrity, including SSO, user provisioning, and data sharing.
• Manage Experience Cloud deployments across environments.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices.

About You

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud development.
• Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud integration.
• Experience with Partner Community and license types.
• Strong web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Salesforce development expertise.
• Proficiency in Apex, Aura Components, and LWC.
• Experience with responsive design and login flows.
• Knowledge of Aura and LWR runtimes, content templates, and Salesforce Knowledge.
• Understanding of platform security, data sharing, and CI/CD processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, healthcare, finance, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with integration platforms like Boomi or MuleSoft.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II and Experience Cloud Consultant.
