Job summary

Blue5Green, Inc. in Plainsboro Township, NJ seeks a hands-on Salesforce engineer to lead the technical delivery toward an Architect-level career path. The role owns the Salesforce workstream from design through deployment and production support.

You will mentor developers, lead design reviews, and stay hands-on with Apex, LWC, Integrations, and platform engineering, delivering scalable, secure, and governor-limit aware solutions. Strong communication with US stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce experience with Apex/LWC/Flows and data modeling.
• Strong background in security, governor limits, and scalable design.
• Experience leading enterprise Salesforce integrations and architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery of Salesforce features from design to deployment.
• Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Mentor developers and raise engineering standards.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and platform events.
• Ensure bulk-safe, secure, performant, and scalable solutions.
• Support CI/CD, Salesforce DX, and automated testing.
