Job Title: Salesforce Health Cloud Product Owner

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Health Cloud Product Owner to play a crucial role in the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud within their organization.

Role Overview: The Health Cloud Product Owner will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud to meet the unique needs of our healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Health Cloud implementation project, with a focus on performance, maintainability, and aligning with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful integration and utilization of Health Cloud functionalities.
• Oversee the transition from the existing system to an out-of-the-box implementation of Health Cloud, working closely with Accenture teams and developers.
• Act as a liaison between different teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and executives.
• Drive the roadmap for Health Cloud enhancements, considering business value and user needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Provide expertise on Health Cloud features and functionalities to guide the implementation process.
• Work closely with the Health Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enable cross-team governance.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner with a focus on Salesforce Health Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of Health Cloud features and functionalities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to higher-level executives.
• Experience working with CRM systems in a healthcare domain.
• Project management skills, with a track record of successful implementations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in a consultancy or co-tenancy environment.
• Familiarity with managing contacts, accounts, tasks, and activities within Salesforce.
