The Role
As a Solution Architect at TruSummit, you will ensure the integrity and strength of solutions recommended to clients. You will act as a trusted advisor and mentor, requiring a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, consulting skills, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at various levels to deliver complex solutions.
Responsibilities
Consulting & Advisory
- Define and drive Salesforce adoption strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders
- Advise on KPIs, success metrics, and data-driven decision frameworks
- Translate platform capabilities into business outcomes for clients
- Identify opportunities for Salesforce expansion and integrations
- Support change management and adoption strategies
Salesforce Solution Architecture
- Own end-to-end solution architecture ensuring scalability, security, and compliance
- Design integrated Salesforce solutions using declarative features, custom development, and third-party apps
- Develop architecture artifacts and enforce architectural governance
- Bridge business and technical needs by translating requirements
- Evaluate and recommend solution options, support POCs
Project and Solution Delivery
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle from scoping to post-go-live support
- Ensure understanding and alignment on scope, timeline, and budget
- Manage stakeholder expectations and project risks
- Engage in configuration and build work as needed
- Provide effort estimates and support QA and deployment activities
- Monitor performance, adoption, and client satisfaction
Collaboration and Enablement
- Support pre-sales activities and platform demonstrations
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends
- Contribute to internal tools and frameworks
- Mentor junior consultants
Qualifications
- 5+ years in management consulting, professional services, or advisory roles
- 4+ years leading Salesforce project teams with cross-cloud solutions
- Ability to establish credibility with clients and internal teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of Salesforce’s role in enterprise tech
- Expertise in Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Lightning, Platform Events)
- Experience with delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) required
- Remote position with up to 30% travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or advanced Salesforce certifications in specialized clouds
- Active participation in Salesforce community and recognition (e.g., MVP)
- Experience with DevOps tools supporting CI/CD
