Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and across teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical Salesforce solutions
• Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business suitability
• Produce detailed process, system and functional requirements specifications
• Demonstrate new features to Business Partners and Management
• Provide technical support to Salesforce developers
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Sales Cloud and Donations Platform
