Job summary

Midland States Bank seeks an Intern - Financial Services Cloud Admin to assist the Salesforce team with recurring support, development, testing, and project work. You will gain exposure to how Salesforce supports Midlands lines of business and connects with other applications and data flows. The internship runs Summer 2027 (mid-May to early August).

A 40-hour week, Monday-Friday, is required, with local residence in the St. Louis area and a St. Louis office report.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in degree program with IT/CS/Data Analytics/MIS coursework.
• Salesforce knowledge or exposure preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support Financial Services Cloud (FSC) functionality across Midlands lines of business.
• Assist with Salesforce support queue and research/resolution of user requests and issues.
• Support data mappings and flows between Salesforce and the ETL team.
