Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud. You will lead client engagements, mentor offshore teams, and drive solution design and delivery for enterprise Salesforce implementations.

The role requires hands-on coding with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, plus design of Experience Cloud sites and integrations. Hybrid role based in Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Experience in solution design, integrations, and technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Copado and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Experience Cloud projects from design through deployment.
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor offshore development teams.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualForce, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Design and configure Experience Cloud sites, branding, navigation, and security.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Platform Events.
• Design scalable data models and implement Salesforce security best practices.
• Manage CI/CD and release processes using Git and Copado.
• Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production deployments.
